The Fresno Center for International Trade Development (CITD) is one of ten statewide initiatives funded by the California Community Colleges, Economic & Workforce Development Program (EWDP). The mission of the CITD is to advance California’s economic development and global competitiveness by providing quality training and services to small to medium sized enterprises that are potential or current exporters or importers. The New York Times and the Economist have recognized international trade as one of the three pillars of California’s economic strength, along with tourism and technology.
